Utsav A. Bhatt is a seasoned strategy consultant, entrepreneur, and an author with over 18 years of experience helping organizations adapt, grow, and thrive in rapidly changing markets. His work has spanned North America, Asia-Pacific, the Nordics, Africa, and Australia, partnering with leaders in industries including professional services, banking, consumer electronics, media, food and beverage, and automotive.

 

As an Associate Partner at Innosight Consulting, the firm co-founded by Harvard Business School Professor Clayton Christensen, Utsav worked closely with C-level executives on disruptive innovation, business model transformation, and culture change. He co-authored an article in the Harvard Business Review that captured and reflected on this work, and his projects contributed to clients earning accolades such as “Most Innovative Law Firm in Asia-Pacific” by the Financial Times.

 

Beyond client engagements, Utsav has designed and delivered leadership development programs on Jobs to Be Done, Disruptive Innovation, Customer Experience, and Transformation, equipping hundreds of executives to lead with clarity and courage. His entrepreneurial ventures, from co-founding a FinTech startup to building consulting practices at LTIMindtree and forging partnerships with institutions such as MIT CISR, have reinforced his conviction that growth is less about prediction and more about continuous adaptation.

 

In 2023, Utsav founded StratOff with a simple but radical idea: that strategy consulting should be reimagined for a new era. StratOff works as an extension of a client’s strategy team, combining partner-level counsel with the power of artificial intelligence to deliver clarity, speed, and impact without the baggage of traditional models.

 

Utsav holds an MBA with double gold medals from the S.P. Jain School of Global Management and the Schulich School of Business, and was a top ranker in engineering at Mumbai University. Alongside his advisory work, he is an active speaker and facilitator, engaging audiences at leadership forums, strategy off-sites, and corporate events with a blend of insight, storytelling, and practical tools.
